Robert James Matthews, 74, of Suffolk, Va., passed away on Aug. 8, 2009.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory officiated by Deacon Michael Johnson. Interment, with military honors, was held at Albert G.
