Linda Bunch is executive director of the Suffolk Art League.
Q: What makes the Suffolk Museum a great leisure activity?
A: There’s always something interesting to see. Art can be something you enjoy purely on a visual level, but much of art also has an intellectual side. Many artists try to make a point or get something across to the viewer. Art can involve all the senses. The museum is usually fairly quiet, it’s not a hustle-and-bustle type of place.
Q: What is your favorite leisure activity?
A: Probably reading.
Q: What do you like to read, and what was the last thing you read?
A: Everything from fantasy to philosophy. I just read Francis Collins’ “The Language of God.” He tries to show that science and religion are compatible.
