William Tyler Moyer, 86, of Suffolk, Va., passed away on Jan. 22, 2010.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at the Christ Lutheran Church in Richmond, Va., with the Rev. Eric J. Moehring officiating. Burial will be Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. in Beamh’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray, Va., with the Rev. Jeffery Marble officiating.
