Stabbing suspect indicted for murder

A man accused of stabbing his wife to death was indicted Wednesday by a Suffolk grand jury.
Darren M. Moseley, of the 500 block of Causey Avenue, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with the death of his wife, 27-year-old Cathy Moseley.
Her body was found in a vehicle in Isle of Wight County on Oct. 27, one day after she was reported missing by Darren Moseley and her mother, who said they had not seen or heard from her since Oct. 23. Moseley told police his wife left their home while he was at the store, after the two had a discussion about trying to fix their marital problems.
Other indictments handed down Wednesday include:

Diara Brenda Banks — throw/shoot at occupied vehicle, destruction of property
Rachael Marie Barley — felony embezzlement (5 counts)
Andre Dewitt Binns — receiving stolen property
Marquez Clifton Bishop — rape by force, threat or intimidation, sexual penetration with object, abduction
Lendell Curtis Bryant — failure to appear
Diane Burrus — possess cocaine
Steven Eugene Campbell Jr. — grand larceny
Cynthia Claussen — forgery, uttering
Lacondle Monique Collins — embezzlement
Jonathan James Cook — elude police officer
Deon Davis — receiving stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, participation in criminal act, recruitment of persons for criminal street gang, contributing to the delinquency of a minor
Lisa Mae Deweese — child neglect/abuse
Jeb Stuart Drew — possess cocaine, possession of firearm while possessing drugs
Gregory Gillian — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
Frank Niles Goodrich IV — malicious wounding
Lamar Tyrell Harris — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute

Darren Montez Moseley — first degree murder, shoot, stab, cut or wound, concealment of a dead body
Tyron Quantrel Myrick — receiving stolen firearm, participate in criminal act, recruitment of persons for criminal street gang, contributing to delinquency of a minor, larceny of firearm
Brandon Centel Norman — use firearm in commission of a felony, attempted robbery, possession of marijuana
