Josephine Rachel Dixon Jones, 80, of Suffolk, Va., was called to rest on May 17, 2010. Mrs. Jones was a native of Nansemond County and the daughter of the late Elijah and Clara Holley Dixon.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 20, 2010 at New Paul’s Temple Holiness Church of Deliverance, 720 Hosier Road, officiated by Elder Catherine B. Skinner. Interment will be in Albert G. Horton Jr. Veterans Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Crocker Funeral Home.
