ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — Hershel Morton Hill, 95, formerly of the Suffolk, Va. area, passed away June 30, 2010 at Carolina House, Elizabeth City, NC.
Memorial services will be July 3, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Up River Friends Meeting in Belvidere, N.C., by ministers David Hobson and Wallace Sills. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Up River Friends Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Quaker ministers’ retirement fund, Share the Blessing, 4811 Hilltop Road, Greensboro, NC 27407, the Up River Building Fund or the charity of your choice.
