On behalf of the Suffolk Sheriff’s Office and staff I would like to invite the citizens of Suffolk to participate in National Night Out on Tuesday.

This evening is a special time in that it sends a message to the criminal element or those thinking about committing a crime that the community is in support of the law-enforcement efforts in fighting crime.

As you visit the various neighborhoods participating in events all across our city, please be mindful of the efforts that have been put forward by the citizens in support of law-enforcement.
