Ever wanted to be a zombie, ghost or ghoul? Maybe you like to scare people or just like to raise money for a good cause.

Suffolk Parks and Recreation is looking for volunteers to be part of the Legends of Sleepy Hole haunted hayride from 6-10 p.m. on Oct. 29. No prior experience in frightening others is required.

For those who would just like to be frightened, the hayride costs $5, a portion of which goes toward the city’s United Way campaign. Sleepy Hole Park is located at 4700 Sleepy Hole Road.
