Peggy O’Neal Whitehead, 68, of Windsor, Va., passed away Nov. 23, 2010.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, Nov. 26, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with the Rev. Lin Stanworth officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home and other times at the residence of Pat and Judy O’Neal. Inurnment will be at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Suffolk Chapter, 604 Constance Woods Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
