Police are searching for a man who robbed a Subway restaurant at gunpoint on Saturday.
A man walked into the restaurant on Centerbrooke Lane in Suffolk at about 9 p.m. Saturday, brandished a handgun and demanded money, according to Suffolk spokesperson Debbie George.
A clerk gave the man money from the register, and he fled on foot. No one was injured in the incident.
The suspect is described as being a “younger black male,” about 5’8”, 120 to 140 pounds and wearing a black sweater, black jeans and a black ski mask, George said.
