Joan Elisabeth Moon Hughes went to be with the Lord on Jan. 15, 2011.

Friends may join the family Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011 from 10 a.m. to noon at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., for a time of visitation. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Micah Voight officiating.
