Glenn and Joan P. Harrell, of Suffolk, announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Elizabeth Harrell, to Edwin Barrett “Brett” Ferguson, son of E. Grier and Nancy Ferguson, of Suffolk.

Both Heather and Brett reside in Suffolk. She is employed with the Suffolk Circuit Court Law Library and Brett is employed at Hurt and Proffitt Corp. in Norfolk.
