Thomas “Bubba” Simmons passed away on Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011. A visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, from noon to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will take place Saturday, Jan. 29, at

1 p.m. at New Paul Temple Church. He will be laid to rest in the T.E. Cooke-Overton Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
