Suffolk Police have charged two adults with indecent liberties after a woman allegedly exposed herself to two teens with the alleged encouragement of a man.

Megan King, 22, is charged with exposing herself to a 13- and 14-year-old inside the home of Charles William Lawson, 38. He is charged with indecent liberties and abuse and neglect of children.

“The 38-year-old male is charged with encouraging her to continue to expose herself to the juveniles,” city spokeswoman Debbie George said.

Lawson was arrested Friday, George added. King was arrested Monday.

Both are being held in Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond.
