Thomas Braxton Leggett, 57, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Feb. 18, 2011. A graveside service will be held Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. J.B. Matthews officiating.
