Kenneth Mearl Stolley, 80, of Suffolk, passed away March 25, 2011.

He was born in Chamberlain, S.D., and was a United States Navy veteran, having served during the Korean War. Kenneth later went on to work at and retire from the Thomas J. Lipton Company as an electrician. He was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Marian Stallings Stolley.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Robin S. and Steven G. Stallings of Hobbsville, N.C.; son and daughter-in-law, William E. “Billy” and Kathy S. Stolley of Virginia Beach; and a granddaughter, Lillie Stallings.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation on Sunday, March 27, 2011, from 4-5 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk. A private family graveside service will be held at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
