NORFOLK — Urban Douglas, 86, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, at Consulate Nursing Home after a long illness.

A mass will be held on Monday, April 4 at 11 a.m. at Saint John Matthews Roman Catholic Church, 3314 Sandra Lane, Virginia Beach, Va. Interment will immediately follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park Cemetery.
