Lovinia Skeeter Morgan departed this life on April 4, 2011, at her home in New York City. She was a native of Suffolk and the daughter of the late Dempsey and Lucy Nicholas Skeeter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Morgan; her daughter, Lucy Donna Faye Morgan; seven brothers and two sisters, Emma Skeeter and Ella Skeeter; two grandsons, Anthony Wiggins and William Sharpe Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory: four children, Connie Wiggins, Joan Phyllis Morgan Arrindell, Sharon Morgan, Clayton Morgan; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Monday, April 11, 2011, at Mt. Ararat Christian Church, officiated by the Rev. Eric Thornton. The Rev. Harold Murrill is pastor. Interment will be at Albert G.
