John Edward Hawkins, 63 of 316 Hunter St., Suffolk, passed away Monday, April 11, 2011 at Sentara Obici Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2011, in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, officiated by Suffragan Bishop Madison Copeland.
