Frances Radcliff Thiede, 88, of Fredericksburg, Va., passed away April 17, 2011. A graveside funeral service with military honors will be held Thursday, April 21, 2011, at 2 p.m. in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery with Pastor David Erickson officiating. A visitation will be Wednesday April 20, 2011, from 7 to 8 p.m. in Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive Suffolk, VA 23434. A memorial service will be held May 1, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Peace United Methodist Church.
