Yamaine Elliott, of the 300 block of Central Avenue, is charged with two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of shoot/stab in the commission of a felony.

The incident occurred at the Planters Club at 4600 Planters Club Drive, off Sleepy Hole Road, on March 5. The facility was rented by a father, supposedly for a private “Sweet 16” party for his daughter. However, tickets were sold to students in several local high schools.

Around 10:30 p.m. that night, several fights broke out in the building and hired security — later found not to be licensed by the state justice department — escorted the problem-causing individuals outside, where the stabbing took place.
