A Suffolk man was arrested Friday and charged with multiple sex acts against 11- and 12-year-old girls.

Freddie Garcia Morales, 36, is charged with four counts of object sexual penetration, three counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of penetration of mouth of child with lascivious intent.

The alleged incidents occurred between December 2009 and April 2011, city spokeswoman Debbie George said.

The charge of object sexual penetration can involve an inanimate or animate object, George said. The penetration of mouth of child with lascivious intent amounts to French kissing, George added.
