Police seek robbery suspects

Suffolk police are seeking two suspects in a Monday robbery at a cash advance business.

Just before 3 p.m. Monday, police say, two men entered the Approved Cash Advance at 829 W. Constance Road. One of them displayed a handgun and demanded money. Upon receiving an undetermined amount of currency, they fled the business.

Witnesses described the suspects to police as black males in their early to mid 20s. The first was about 6 feet tall and 150 pounds and was wearing a red, long-sleeve T-shirt, a blue do-rag and a red ball cap.

The second suspect is about 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall and wore a black hat and glasses.

Police released photos from the robbery hoping that someone can identify the men. Anyone who has information is asked to call Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Callers to Crime Line never have to give their names or appear in court, and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
