CHESAPEAKE — Phyllis Louise Jones, 49, passed away peacefully June 11, 2011, in her home.

A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 2 p.m. in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St. by the Rev. Ron Merry with burial in Holly Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Monday, June 13, 2011, from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Susan G.
