The deadline to register for the Paul D. Camp Community College Warehouse and Distribution Operations Career Studies Certificate program is Aug. 19.

The program focuses on providing students with the knowledge and skills for entry-level positions: a basic understanding of the concepts of warehouse and distribution operations; the equipment and procedures employed in operations; safety and security procedures; and the concept of working in teams in a warehouse and distribution operations setting.

Students will master basic warehouse tasks, including training on warehouse management system application software, the operation of lift trucks and storage-rack stacking in a working laboratory environment.
