Mr. Samuel Harris, of 906A Whitemarsh Road, departed this earthly life on Aug. 1, 2011, in Portsmouth, Va. The family will receive friends at his sister’s residence, Queen Ratcliff, 906A Whitemarsh Road. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the homegoing service.
