Martha Duck Cobb Delap, 85, of Windsor died Aug 12, 2011.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the home of Lynn C. Butler. Burial services will be private.
