The Foreman family will be celebrating the homegoing of their beloved James Russell Foreman, a native of Suffolk, Va., on Saturday, Aug. 27, at the home of his sister, Phyliss Carter, of Norfolk.

James leaves behind a daughter, Jackie, and two sons, Douglas and Adam Foreman. He also leaves behind four brothers: Louis and Harry Foreman, of Suffolk, Va., Reggie and Dwyane Foreman, of New York. He leaves his four sisters, Phyliss Carter, of Norfolk, Va., Carol, Debra and Tasha.

A memorial will be held in Norfolk at his sister Phyliss Carter’s house. James Foreman may have resided in New York, but Suffolk is his home; God be with you. We love you and will forever miss you.
