WINDSOR — Dorpha Lee Copeland, 80, slipped into sweet eternal rest Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at 10:45 a.m. in Consulate Health Care, Windsor, Va. A funeral service will be conducted at noon Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Windsor, Va., by Pastor James T. Elam Sr. Viewing will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon only at the church. Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield, is in charge of arrangements.
