Louise E. Hines, 74 of 219 Prospect Road, Suffolk, VA died Sunday, September 11, 2011 at Sentara Obici Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at Pulaski Baptist Church, Carrsville, officiated by Dr. Robert Rodgers. Interment will be in Pulaski Baptist Church Cemetery.
