Paschal, Councill announce engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Timothy P. Paschal of Zuni have announced the engagement of their daughter, Shana Nicole, to Robert Wade Councill, son of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Councill of Franklin.

The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Windsor High School and employed by Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center in Suffolk.

Her fiancé is a 2009 graduate of Tidewater Community College with a degree in fire science and is an emergency medical technician with Medical Transport of Suffolk.

A March 31, 2012, wedding is planned.
