A grand jury on Monday indicted a man accused of multiple sex acts against 11- and 12-year-old girls.

Freddie Garcia Morales, 37, was one of 39 defendants indicted on 99 charges.

Morales was indicted on three counts of object sexual penetration, three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of aggravated sexual battery by incapacity.

He was arrested in April. At the time, city spokeswoman Debbie George said the alleged incidents occurred between December 2009 and April 2011.
