William David Briscoe, 57, of 203 Millwheel Court, Suffolk, Va., died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at Tabernacle Christian Church, 2500 E. Washington St., Suffolk, officiated by Bishop Carlton Upton. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the arrangements.
