William “Randy” Randolph Radford, 55, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Nov. 29, 2011. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Deep Creek Baptist Church, 250 Mill Creek Parkway, Chesapeake, VA 23323 with the Rev. Tom Potter officiating.
