Suffolk police are seeking suspects in the Sunday robbery of a pizza delivery driver.
The man was making a delivery to a residence in Wilson Pines Apartments around 9 p.m., city spokeswoman Debbie George said.
When he arrived at the address in the 2500 block of East Washington Street, he parked in front of the building and was exiting his vehicle when he heard a shotgun being loaded, George said.
Two subjects then stepped out of the shadows, pointed a shotgun at the driver and told him to drop the bag, George said. They took his money as well as the pizzas and soda he had been delivering, she said.
Both subjects were wearing dark clothing and are described as six feet tall or taller. One wore a green bandanna, and the other wore a bright orange bandanna, George said.
