IVOR — Ruth R. Lane died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012, at Gilfield Baptist Church in Ivor, Va., officiated by the Rev. Kenneth Ricks, pastor. Interment will be held at the church cemetery. A viewing with the family will be at Gilfield Baptist Church on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, from 4 to 8 p.m. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
