Florence Inis Bullock Williams, 90, a native of Suffolk, passed away on Monday, Feb. 13, 2012. She was born on April 6, 1921, to the late Sidney and Eliza Bullock.

Her career spanned many years at AT&T in New York City before returning to Suffolk after her retirement in 1978. It was in New York where she met her husband, Theodore Williams, who was the love of her life, and they enjoyed a long, happy marriage until his sudden death in 2010.

Florence is survived by her sister-in-law, Alice C. Bullock, and also leaves behind a host of beloved nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.

A memorial service will be conducted at T.E. Cooke-Overton Funeral Home, Inc. Chapel on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations in memory of Florence be made to a charity of your choice.
