Rosanna Newsome, 96, of Suffolk, died Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Va.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Friday, March 2, 2012, in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home officiated by the Rev. Keith Mayfield. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The family is receiving friends at the home of Regina Wilson, 3000 Belleharbour Circle #202, Suffolk. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
