William Herbert Brinkley, 88, of Suffolk, Va., passed away on March 7, 2012. A graveside service will take place on Sunday, March 11, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the Cypress Chapel Christian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Allen Lancaster officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
