Mr. and Mrs. William J. Yarborough, of Virginia Beach, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephany Dawn Rose, to Lonnie Charles Hale.

Stephany also is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William T. Rose, of Suffolk. Lonnie is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie G. Hale, also of Suffolk.

Stephany is a 2005 graduate of Ocean Lakes High School. Lonnie is a 2001 graduate of Lakeland High School.

A May 26 wedding is planned at Hunt Club Farm in Virginia Beach.
