Gerald Blanchard Bailey, 79, of Windsor, died April 4, 2012. A funeral with Eastern Star rites will be held Friday, April 6, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, with the Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
