Joseph H. Wiggins, of Richmond, died peacefully on Thursday, April 5, 2012. Joe was first and foremost a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Ruby J. He leaves to cherish his loving memory one son, Chris Wiggins and his wife, Lisa, and their children Delaney and Morgan; and one daughter, Pamela Wiggins. Joe was an active participant in the Friends of Bandy Field, Lions Club and the College Hills Civic Association. His humor, kindness and love of socializing will be missed by all. A celebration of Joe’s life will be held at a later date. We ask that donations in his honor be made to Friends of Bandy Field, 602 Ridge Top Road, Richmond, VA 23229.
