Cecil Reynolds Hawkins, 69, passed away on April 18, 2012. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home with Dr. Kevin Eley officiating. Burial will follow at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Friends may join the family on Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home for visitation.
