When police got out of their vehicle to approach the suspicious vehicle, it drove off. The vehicle was stopped, and Revell allegedly was found with two baggies of marijuana in his pants pocket and two more in his shoes.

A handgun allegedly also was located in a jacket in the vehicle, George said.
