Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s girls’ lacrosse team beat Cox Club 14-10 at home on Wednesday.

Scoring goals for the Saints were Julia Rapoport with two, Jessie Lerner with four, Sarah Simms with three, Alex Mathews with two, Abby Mathews with two and Joelle Pond with one

Julia Rapoport had two assists for the Saints. Jessie Lerner, Joelle Pond and Sarah Simms had one apiece.

Sarah Simms had a game-high four ground balls and four caused turnovers, and Abby Mathews had a game-high four draw controls.

Tori Lauder made seven saves.
