Mrs. Catherine E. Baker, of 806 Willeyton Road, Gates County, N.C., departed this earthly life on May 28, 2012. She will be entombed at Carver Memorial Cemetery. A celebration of life gathering has been planned to be held on May 29 and May 30, from 6 to 10 p.m. at 130 Tynes St., The Odd Fellows Lodge, hosted by her loving brother Christopher Holland. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the services.
