David E. Ramey Sr., 70, of Suffolk, passed away June 17, 2012, in the comfort of his lake home. An outdoor celebration of life will be held Friday, June 22, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the family’s home. Father Kevin O’Brien will begin the service at 5 p.m. Please park at Parr Funeral Home, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434, with continuous shuttle service provided.
