All-conference and all-division boys’ lacrosse teams for the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association were announced recently.

Nansemond-Suffolk Aca-demy’s Thomas Westfall was named to the TCIS all-conference first team, the only Saint to make the list. Player of the Year was David Best of Norfolk Academy.

Westfall also was named to the VISAA Division 2 team as a defenseman.
