Diana E. Outlaw Horne, 91, of Portsmouth, Va., passed away on

June 25, 2012. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 29, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, with the Rev. Jeff Cannon officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
