Margaret S. Boone, 95, formerly of Suffolk, Va., died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Virginia Beach, Va. She was a native of Nansemond County and the daughter of the late Clark Suggs and Millie Ophelia Watson Suggs. She was predeceased by two sons, Oscar G. Turner Sr. and Fred C. Turner.

She retired from Planters Peanut Company as a machine operator. She was a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Margaret L. Turner, of Philadelphia, Pa.; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Metropolitan Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Robert Hobbs. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
